What is your MOQ?
1,000 pcs for standard items; 500 pcs/sets for structural bolts and large diameters. Trial orders are negotiable for first cooperation.
What is the production lead time?
15–25 days for standard items after deposit; 30–40 days for non-standard or HDG items. Stock sizes ship within 7 days.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes — standard samples are free, freight collect. Non-standard samples are quoted case by case.
Can you produce from our drawings?
Yes. Send a drawing (PDF/DWG/STEP) with material and finish requirements; our engineers reply with a quotation within 48 hours.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, balance against B/L copy) and irrevocable L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000.
