Production Process
- 01
Melting & Casting
Sponge titanium and alloying elements are melted in a vacuum arc remelting (VAR) furnace to produce high-purity titanium ingots.

Forging / Hot Working
The ingot is heated and forged (or rolled) to break down the cast structure, forming a preliminary billet or slab shape.

Forming (Rolling / Extrusion / Piercing)
Plate / Sheet: Hot-rolled and cold-rolled to target thickness.Bar / Rod: Hot-rolled or extruded into round bars, then drawn to final diameter.Tube / Pipe: Pierced or extruded into hollow shells, then rolled and drawn to required dimensions.

Heat Treatment
Annealing (and/or solution treatment / aging) is performed to relieve internal stress, refine grain structure, and achieve desired mechanical properties.

Finishing & Inspection
Surface cleaning (pickling / grinding), straightening, cutting to length, and final NDT / dimensional inspection before packaging.
